We experiment with new collaboration approaches ourselves:
subject:RESOUL is a network organization and we use sociocratic governance structures to lead the company together. This shared approach is reflected in our legal structure: The company is owned by an association (“Vereins-GmbH”) and all members are directors at the company with full decision making rights.
Experiences with Sociocracy
We basically use the Sociocratic Circle Method, but adapted it partially to fit our needs.
