Unleashing new ways for people to support their favourite charities and projects by harnessing collective intelligence through Ideaspace and collective action & fundraising through our neighbour-2-neighbour micro volunteering marketplace.
Experiences with Sociocracy
A shared curiosity and belief realised through experimenting with various patterns and principles, discussion from S3. We are practicing the qualities of equivalence, transparency, self-management and profound connection with self, other and meaningful purpose in a responsive system able to adapt to a fast changing and complex environment; because this is exactly what we believe our partners (charities and other planet before profit orgs we work with) need and want, so as well as directly benefiting from being and doing it, we can sort them to as well, from rich, first hand experience. I also personally work with James & Lili as the filmmaker of Thrive-in Collaboration. Hooray!
